Thank you for shopping with BaddieVerse LLC. We take pride in the quality of our spiritual and self-care products. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle product returns and digital purchases.

📦 Physical Products

We gladly accept returns for physical products (candles, jewelry, oils, and kits) within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

✅ Eligible for Return:

• Products must be in original, sellable condition

• Must include proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

❌ Not Eligible:

• Used or altered items

• Items returned after 14 days

• Sale or discounted items marked “Final Sale”

📬 How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at hello@baddieverse.com with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

We will respond with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

💸 Refunds for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚡ Digital Products (E-Spells, Downloads, Audio Files, etc.)

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of our digital offerings (e.g., e-spells, ritual instructions, audio subliminals, or downloadable guides), we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital content once delivered.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our metaphysical work and prevent unauthorized redistribution.

🚫 No Refunds for:

• E-Spells or Ritual Kits in digital format

• Downloadable PDFs, e-books, or workbooks

• Subliminal audio files or MP3s

• Any non-tangible digital or metaphysical service

💡 Exceptions

If there was an issue receiving your digital product (e.g., download link failed or file is corrupted), please contact us within 3 days of purchase at hello@baddieverse.com, and we will resend the file or provide access.

🛑 Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior contact or outside of the 14-day return window will not be refunded and may be discarded.
